At Sierra Tap House, we like to keep things fresh and exciting. Our taps are constantly rotating to feature our favorite flavors from local breweries. And every other month we invite breweries to take over our taps and show off their specialty brews.
In 1996, somewhere in the confines of a warehouse in Boise, Idaho in Sockeye Brewing was born to a group of dreamers with a passion to create exceptional ales and lagers unlike what the craft industry had ever seen. And to say they’ve succeeded is an understatement. Over the last thirty years, Sockeye Brewing has survived and thrived in a competitive industry (their shelf of awards and medals is about to slant over because they have more than any other brewery in Idaho!) These awards are evidence of their unwavering commitment to innovation, refinement, and the pursuit of brewing excellence.
Today, Sockeye Brewing says that their story is still being written. They’re proud of their past and what they’ve achieved, but they’re just as excited to keep pushing the boundaries of their industry, exploring new flavors, and creating exceptional experiences for their community as they pursue their passion for brewing.
